    Biography

    With over 12 years’ experience in the culinary world and having mastered the art of bakery, traditional Thai food and Italian cuisine in several five stars resorts, Chef Palm has been contributing to the great menu developments at Thanyapura since 2010 by creating mouthwatering bites and drinks alongside the highly motivated team serving at Booster Deli & Bar, DiVine and DiLite.

    He also plays an important role in the mindful meal creation offering a complete healthy cuisine from Clean Food, Brain Food, Alkaline Food, and Raw Food.
