Sarah is a graduate of VIKASA Yoga Academy. With 500 hours of yoga training programs completed and over four years of teaching, Sarah is dedicated to sharing the gift of yoga and all things wellness in this world. She is also a certified health coach specialising in getting busy people away from the all or none mindsets and into a more balanced and mindful approach of living through yoga, nutrition and lifestyle techniques.
